These terms apply when you use Scoutgram, whether you are a player with an account or a visitor looking at a profile. By using Scoutgram you agree to them.
Accounts
- Scoutgram is invite-only for now. Your account is for you alone; don’t share it.
- Keep your password safe. Tell us straight away at support@scoutgram.africa if you think someone else has used your account.
- Scoutgram is free. If that ever changes, we will tell you well in advance.
Your profile must be honest
- Only add information that is true and about you.
- Only upload photos and videos you are allowed to share.
- Only list coaches as references if they agreed to it.
- Only upload your own ID document when verifying.
We may hide content, remove verification, or close accounts that break these rules, and we may reset a profile link that is offensive or misleading.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give Scoutgram permission to store it, and to show it to the people you share your profile with, only to provide the service. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Visitors and messages
- Use profiles only to assess and contact players about volleyball.
- Don’t copy profiles in bulk, scrape the site, or send spam through the contact form.
- Scoutgram doesn’t check who sends messages. Players should take care before sharing personal details or meeting anyone (see the privacy policy for advice for players under 18).
Verification
Verification levels show what we have checked; they are not a guarantee of a player’s ability or of everything on a profile. See how verification works.
Service
We work hard to keep Scoutgram available and your data safe, but we provide the service as it is and can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We aren’t responsible for decisions scouts, coaches or clubs make, or for arrangements between players and them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
